Wilentz Of Counsel, Andrew J. DeMaio will co-present the program entitled “New Jersey Law on Notarial Acts – The Remote Notary Law” hosted by NJICLE. The program will cover the changes brought forth by P.L. 2021, Chapter 179, enacted in July 2021 by Gov. Phil Murphy. The new law permanently authorizes New Jersey notaries to conduct in-person notarizations of electronic documents and remote online notarizations of electronic and tangible documents.
