Wilentz Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Public Finance team and Diversity Committee, Everett M. Johnson, will participate as a panelist on two sessions at The Essentials 2024 Conference hosted by the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
Mr. Johnson will chair the session “Underwriting: Behind the Scenes,” which will provide an overview of securities law rules applicable to municipal bond transactions.
The second session, entitled “Closing Logistics,” will provide an overview of the logistics of closing a bond transaction, including drafting various closing papers, preparing Form 8038G or 8038, and DTC’s role prior to, during, and after a bond closing.
