Wilentz Shareholder Todd E. Lehder to Present and Co-moderate the NJICLE's Solving Problems in Commercial Real Estate Transactions Seminar

Shareholder and Co-chair of the Real Estate team, Todd E. Lehder will both present and co-moderate the NJICLE’s Solving Problems in Commercial Real Estate Transactions seminar. The program will teach attendees how to evaluate transactions, structure deals, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts to meet clients’ goals. Attendees will explore how to handle a variety of common risks and challenges that can arise during different types of commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of different asset classes.
