Lynne M. Kizis to Co-Present at the 2025 Asbestos Litigation Conference

Shareholder and Co-chair of the Mass Tort/ Class Action team, Lynne M. Kizis will co-present, “Allocation - A Discussion of the Supreme Court Decision in Estate of Crystal Walcott Spill v. Markovitz” at the 2025 Asbestos Litigation Conference. The panel will review the Supreme Court decision on how out-of-state defendants are treated in asbestos litigation under New Jersey’s negligence and contribution laws.
