Christopher D. Hopkins, David S. Gordon, and David H. Stein to Present at NJICLE’s Advanced Topics in Commercial Leasing Seminar

Christopher Hopkins, Shareholder in the Real Estate Group, as program co-organizer, will moderate NJICLE’s annual Advanced Topics in Commercial Leasing Seminar. David Gordon, Of Counsel in the Real Estate Group, and David Stein, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Banking and Financial Services and Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights groups, will also serve as program speakers.

During the seminar, Mr. Hopkins will also present on ROFOs, ROFRs, and Options to Lease/Purchase. Mr. Gordon will address Insurance and Indemnification Issues for Landlords and Tenants, and Mr. Stein will discuss Bankruptcy Issues for Landlords and Tenants. The seminar will educate on critical leasing issues that often appear in commercial real estate transactions.
