Daniel J. Kluska to Speak at Middlesex County Bar Association Event

Daniel J. Kluska, a shareholder at Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer P.A., will serve as a speaker at an upcoming program hosted by the Middlesex County Bar Association entitled “Best Practices in Drafting Retainer Agreements.”

The program will address ethical requirements, key provisions and other important issues to consider when preparing retainer agreements relevant to all practitioners in the legal community. Mr. Kluska will share insights drawn from his experience representing attorneys in various types of matters and knowledge of court decisions regarding these issues.  The seminar will take place in person at the MCBA Office and online via Zoom.
