Michael F. Schaff to Serve as Moderator at NJSBA 8th Annual Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Symposium

Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Corporate, Health and Cannabis Law Teams, Michael F. Schaff will serve as a moderator at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 8th Annual Cannabis and Psychedelics Law Symposium on June 9, 2026, at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick and online.

The symposium, New Jersey’s premier program on cannabis and psychedelics law, will bring together leading practitioners and industry professionals to examine the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding these emerging areas.

The program will cover key topics including federal and state cannabis policy developments, licensing and compliance challenges, hemp-derived products and THC beverages, municipal regulation and zoning issues, psychedelics legislation and clinical considerations, and the ongoing impact of legalization on criminal law and expungement.
