Wilentz Attorneys to Present at MCBA Seminar

David Stein, Esq. will serve as moderator and presenter at the Middlesex County Bar Association seminar titled “Commercial Leases in Today’s Leasing Environment: From Cradle to Grave.” Claudia Guglielmo, Esq. will also participate as a panelist alongside a distinguished group of practitioners.

This 2-hour CLE seminar will explore the full lifecycle of New Jersey commercial leases, from negotiation and drafting through default, eviction and bankruptcy. The program will feature practical discussions on leasing issues from landlord and tenant perspectives, evolving industry trends, and key observations from experienced real estate and litigation professionals.

The presentation will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 12:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the MCBA Office in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and will also be available virtually via Zoom. Attendees will be eligible to receive 2.0 NJ/NY CLE credits.
