Lynne M. Kizis to Present at the New Jersey State Bar Association's 2026 Asbestos Litigation Conference

Shareholder and Co-chair of the Mass Tort/Class Action team, Lynne M. Kizis, will participate in a presentation discussing the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Monsanto v. Durnell, examining its implications for preemption issues in Roundup litigation and its potential impact on mass tort litigation and product liability practice.
