David H. Stein and Judge Robert J. Mega to Participate in 2026 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum

David H. Stein, Shareholder and Chair of the Wilentz Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights team, and Hon. Robert J. Mega, P.J. Ch. (Ret.), will participate in the 2026 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum, presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Section.

The popular annual forum returns with a full day of timely programming addressing critical issues affecting bankruptcy practitioners and attorneys whose practices intersect with bankruptcy, including business, commercial litigation and real estate.

Mr. Stein will serve as Moderator and a speaker for the program’s fourth panel, “Underwater and Under Siege: Commercial Real Estate Workouts, Foreclosures, and Bankruptcy”. The panel will examine current challenges and strategies surrounding commercial real estate workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy. Judge Mega will serve as a panelist offering insight into the intersection of commercial real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. 

Mr. Stein will also deliver the program’s closing remarks. As Chair of the NJSBA Bankruptcy Law Section, he will help conclude a day of programming focused on providing practitioners with practical, up-to-the-minute information they can immediately apply to their practices.

The 2026 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum will feature additional panels addressing Chapter 11 administrative roles, legal ethics and artificial intelligence, and SBA lending and workouts.
