Brian J. Molloy to Speak at 2026 Trial Bootcamp on Trial Advocacy

Wilentz Shareholder Brian J. Molloy, a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, will speak at the 2026 Trial Bootcamp, a joint presentation of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Molloy will join a panel discussion titled “Trial Ethics Beyond Theories.” The session will explore practical considerations and ethical challenges that arise throughout trial practice, offering attorneys valuable insights into navigating complex courtroom situations.

The intensive program will bring together experienced trial attorneys and distinguished judges to share practical strategies for strengthening trial advocacy skills. Through panel discussions covering key phases of trial, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination, expert witnesses, and closing arguments, attendees will gain insights to apply in their civil and criminal litigation practices.
