Everett M. Johnson Receives the Oliver Randolph Award from the Garden State Bar Association

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is excited to congratulate Everett M. Johnson for receiving the Oliver Randolph Award from the Garden State Bar Association. This prestigious award was named for prominent civil rights advocate and attorney Oliver Randolph who, in 1914, became the first African American admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

The Garden State Bar Association’s 50th Anniversary Scholarship and Awards Gala took place on June 21, 2025. The annual gala recognizes the achievements of African American legal professionals while providing support for future generations.
