Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to announce that Keith L. Hovey has joined the firm as Counsel in the Corporate and Health Law groups in the Woodbridge office.

Mr. Hovey advises health care providers and business clients on regulatory, licensure, and compliance matters, with a particular focus on representing health care professionals and organizations. His practice is grounded in a practical understanding of the challenges facing health care entities, allowing him to deliver clear, thoughtful guidance on complex legal issues.

Mr. Hovey brings a unique perspective to his work, having spent several years as a Registered Nurse in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit at Tufts’ New England Medical Center in Boston prior to becoming an attorney. His background as a registered nurse gives him a firsthand understanding of how health care organizations operate and how medical issues present in real‑world practice.
