Brett Harris Re-Elected to the Board of Directors of the NJSBA Business Law Section

Brett R. Harris has been re-elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) following the Association’s recent Annual Meeting.

Brett has been an active member of the NJSBA Business Law Section since 1996, has served on the Section’s Board of Directors continuously since 2001 and previously served as Chair of the Section. Over more than two decades of involvement, she has played a key role in supporting the Section’s mission to advance the practice of business law and provide guidance for other lawyers across New Jersey.

Brett is a shareholder on the Corporate Law group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Her practice includes transactional work as well as day-to-day counseling on business matters. She regularly advises nonprofit organizations and works on intellectual property and technology-related issues.
