Wilentz Attorney Enter Appearance In Class Action Lawsuit Alleging Subaru Outback Infotainment System Problems

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Shareholder Kevin P. Roddy has entered appearances and will work along with co-counsel, Chimicles & Tikellis,  representing a proposed class of owners and lessees of 2018 Subaru Outback and other Subaru model vehicles in a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Originally filed on November 28, 2018, the lawsuit alleges design defects associated with Subaru’s Starlink infotainment system. The infotainment system suffers from a range of technical glitches that cause it to freeze or otherwise malfunction, causing great inconvenience and safety concerns to owners and lessees.
