Wilentz Shareholder and public finance attorney, Tony Solimine served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Northern Highlands Regional High School District in the County of Bergen, New Jersey in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $8,827,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated May 4, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, upgrades, and new construction at Northern Highlands High School, consisting of classroom renovations, a new Multipurpose Field House, drainage improvements, and the acquisition and installation of turf fields.
