Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance Team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Lincoln Park in the County of Morris, New Jersey, in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $10,211,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated July 19, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, repairs, upgrades and to construct an addition at Lincoln Park Elementary School, and to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, repairs, and upgrades at Lincoln Park Middle School.
