Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public finance team served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the South Hunterdon Regional School District in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $33,412,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated September 8, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to construct and equip a new Middle School on the High School site to house grades 5-8, and to undertake comprehensive improvements to Lambertville Elementary School to provide an upgraded district PreK-4 school building including upgraded educational facilities, upgraded building systems including, but not limited to HVAC, electric, and plumbing, improvements to ancillary areas and construction of new, secure main entry.
