Tony Solimine, Esq., Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public finance team served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Northvale in the County of Bergen, New Jersey in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $10,628,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated December 6, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, repairs, upgrades, field improvements and to construct an addition at Northvale Public School, including acquisition and installation of fixtures, furniture, equipment and any site work.
