Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Riverside in the County of Burlington, New Jersey, in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $16,841,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated March 28, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades, and the construction of an addition at Riverside Elementary School, the replacement of the roof at Riverside Middle, and the replacement of a portion of the roof and the replacement of windows at Riverside High School.
