Tony Solimine, Esq., co-chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Pittsgrove in the County of Salem, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $14,650,000 School Bonds, Series 2023, dated December 19, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Elmer Elementary School, Norma Elementary School, Olivet Elementary School, Pittsgrove Township Middle School, and Arthur P. Schalick High School.
