Wilentz Attorneys Reverse PBM Audit Findings

After an initial audit response, the PBM returned the same final findings as in the preliminary findings report. However, Wilentz was able to negotiate with the PBM and not only keep the pharmacy in the PBM network, but completely erase the audit findings without the need for further appeals or arbitration.
