Andrew Broome

Associate

Andrew Broome is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Creditors’ Rights group. At his previous firm, he represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation and appellate matters, including personal injury, Title 59 claims, and Social Security disability disputes. Andrew has experience drafting appellate briefs, arguing motions, preparing pleadings and discovery, and taking and defending depositions. He also regularly contributes to trial strategy sessions, case management, and pre-trial preparation, working closely with clients and senior attorneys.

During law school, Andrew served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Rosemarie Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. In that role, he researched case law and statutory issues, drafted legal memoranda, and gained valuable experience in bankruptcy proceedings involving preference actions, fraudulent transfers, and trustee avoiding powers. His internship provided him with a strong foundation in analyzing complex financial disputes and navigating the federal court system.

Andrew is an active member of the New Jersey legal community. He has served on the Young Lawyers Advisory Board of the New Jersey Law Journal, the Young Lawyers Committee of the Monmouth Bar Association, and as Co-Chair of the Philanthropy Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. His contributions to the profession have been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court for his pro bono service, and he has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Civil Litigation for multiple consecutive years.
