Christopher P. Spina is an associate for the Business and Commercial Litigation team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., and he is a resident of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Christopher represented corporate and individual clients in commercial matters involving partnership and shareholder disputes, derivative claims, breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, and corporate dissolution. He also served as general outside litigation counsel for prominent national financial institutions, dealing with a wide array of commercial matters such as representations and warranties, lien priority, factoring agreements, fraud, identity theft, cybersecurity, and statutory compliance.

Christopher has also successfully represented plaintiffs at both the trial and appellate levels in cases involving medical malpractice, environmental pollution, defective products, pharmaceuticals, industrial and construction site accidents, and general negligence.
