Immanuel O. Adeola is an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation Group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing his practice on commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Immanuel represented a wide array of public and private entities in state and federal cases, showcasing his ability to handle complex commercial matters. Notably, Immanuel served as attorney for the Rent Control Board of the City of Newark.

Earlier in his career, Immanuel served as an Assistant Prosecutor/Special Deputy Attorney General with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. In this role, he successfully prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and indictable offenses. He developed and honed his abilities in the courtroom through frequent appearances for various legal proceedings, including arraignments, status conferences, pre-trial motions, plea allocution conferences, trials, and probation hearings.

Before his service as a Prosecutor, Immanuel completed a clerkship for The Honorable Robert T. Lougy in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Immanuel is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review, Co-Chair of the Moot Court Board, and a member of the Rutgers Law National Trial Team. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 2014.
