Jenna N. Shapiro is a shareholder in the Family Law group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Jenna recognizes that because each family is unique, divorce cannot have a one-size-fits-all approach. Every case strategy must be aligned to the specific needs of the families she serves. Experienced in all aspects of matrimonial legal process – from inception through trial, as well as post-judgment litigation – Jenna is equipped to tailor her advice to her clients’ individual issues. She is certified as a trained mediator, a quality she brings to bear in her dealings with opposing counsel to negotiate the most advantageous settlements on her clients’ behalf.
Having handled the full range of family law issues – child support, alimony, equitable distribution, valuation of assets and businesses, custody and parenting time – Jenna’s litigation and trial experience is wide ranging and includes those involving domestic violence issues.
Jenna is a lifelong Monmouth County resident where she resides with her husband and young son and daughter. An active member of the legal community, Jenna donates her time to the bar and legal community.
