Nicolette Guarneri is an associate in the Corporate and Health Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing her practice on general corporate, transactional and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Nicolette represented healthcare and other corporate clients in a variety of corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, including the purchase and sale of healthcare practices and in connection with a variety of corporate and employment-focused documents.

Nicolette earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. She also served as a student advocate for the Health Justice Clinic and as an intern for the Office of the Attorney General in the Professional Boards Unit. Nicolette graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in 2016.
