Nicolette LaSalvia is an associate in the Corporate and Health Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing her practice on general corporate, transactional and regulatory matters.

In the healthcare space, Nicolette provides regulatory and corporate advice to physicians, medical practices, licensed healthcare facilities, and other healthcare providers. Her corporate transactional practice focuses on the formation and structure of medical practices, the purchase and sale of entities, and the preparation and negotiation of employment and other service contracts.

Nicolette represents a number of licensed behavioral healthcare facilities, including outpatient substance use disorder treatment facilities, outpatient mental health treatment facilities, and residential substance use disorder treatment facilities in all matters of licensure and regulatory compliance.

She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Health Law Section, and serves on the Programming Committee. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Behavioral Health Practice Group.

Nicolette earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a student advocate for the Health Justice Clinic and as an intern for the Office of the Attorney General in the Professional Boards Unit. She completed a concentration in Health Law and received an award for Excellence in Health Law.

In 2023, Nicolette was named to the Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch" list.
