Rudolph R. Maharaj is an associate in the Real Estate and Redevelopment practice groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A.
Mr. Maharaj represents real estate developers, redevelopers, property owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate and redevelopment transactions.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Mr. Maharaj was an associate attorney in private practice in New Jersey, focused on residential and commercial real estate purchases and dispositions, land use, landlord/tenant, and mortgage foreclosure matters.
Mr. Maharaj earned his law degree at Rutgers Law School, where he was the recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award as well as the Excellence in Oral Argument Award. He served as Business Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review.
