Vishva Patel is an associate in the Corporate and Health Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing her practice on general corporate, transactional, and health law regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Vishva clerked for the Honorable Richard T. Sules in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she participated in the clinical program as a student attorney for the Community Development Transactional Law Clinic.
While attending law school, Vishva participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program and held a position in-house as a corporate extern for a health and wellness company, allowing her to develop a comprehensive skill set, including compliance and risk assessment, contract management, intellectual property, transactional support, and litigation procedures.
Vishva graduated from Drexel University’s Lebow School of Business with a B.A. in Finance and Legal Studies in 2018. She gained relevant experience working as a business analyst in both the Finance and Government Contracting groups at a top pharmaceutical company prior to attending law school.
