Brett Harris will present two programs at the National Business Institute’s 2-day seminar. The first, entitled “Negotiation Strategies and Sample Contract Review,” will address use of term sheets and advice on what to do when contract negotiations come to a halt. The second session, entitled “Preliminary Contract Considerations,” will cover e-contracting, e-signatures and e-mail issues, recitals as a vehicle to set the contractual framework, uniform electronic signatures act, statements of work, choice of forum and law and risk allocation.
