Donna Jennings will serve as panelist at this NJICLE seminar, which will address important land use law challenges related to the construction of faith-based community centers and houses of worship. The panelists will share a commercial analysis of the litigation claims under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) and discuss how these laws have been used to overcome religious bigotry.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit.
