On May 16th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Donna Jennings will present a panel entitled “Hot Topics in Land Use,” addressing recent case law developments in bad faith objections to land use applications. On May 17th at 10:30 a.m., Lynne Kizis will present at a panel entitled “Masters of Mass Torts,” addressing developments in federal jurisdiction and New Jersey mass tort law.
