Lynne Kizis to Present at New Jersey Association for Justice Meadowlands Seminar 2018

Lynne Kizis, President of the New Jersey Association for Justice, will have the honor of opening the annual NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar 2018. Ms. Kizis will present at several of the 19 programs, including “The Current Status of Insurance Bad Faith” and “Litigation at Sunrise,” and co-chair a timely program entitled “New Jersey Law on Expert Evidence: What You Need to Know After the Accutane Decision.”

Up to 24.9 MCLE Credits and 9.0 Ethics Credits are available at the three-day educational seminar.

At Wilentz, Ms. Kizis is a shareholder and co-team leader of the firm’s nationally recognized Mass Tort/Class Action Team. She has practiced at the forefront of complex, mass tort, toxic tort, and class action litigation for over 30 years, representing victims of unsafe pharmaceutical products and hazardous substances such as asbestos, silica, talc, lead, and toxic chemicals.
