Lynne Kizis to Present at NJICLE and NJSBA Multicounty Litigation Mass Tort Seminar

Wilentz shareholder and co-leader of the firm’s Mass Tort/Class Action practice Lynne Kizis will present on “Jurisdiction and Choice of Law” at the NJICLE Multicounty Litigation Mass Tort 2019 Seminar presented in cooperation with the Product Liability and Mass Tort Section of the NJSBA. The seminar will provide an overview on recent developments, successful strategies, and common issues when handling multicounty and multidistrict litigation cases in New Jersey State and Federal Court. An esteemed panel of leading state and national Mass Tort/Multicounty Litigation judges and practitioners will present on topics that include expert admissibility rulings in New Jersey, the Bellwether mediation process, State and Federal cooperation, and Federal Court cases. A live webcast of the seminar will be available.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.2 qualify as hours of credit for certification in civil trial law.
