Wilentz shareholder and co-chair of the Mass Tort/Class Action group Lynne Kizis will present at NJICLE’s Current Developments on the Admissibility of Expert Testimony in New Jersey: Daubert, In Re Accutane, Townsend v. Pierre and Beyond. The program will focus on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s recent opinion in In Re Accutane and its implications for New Jersey civil trial practitioners. The panel will include Justice Jaynee LaVecchia who delivered the opinion in the case and a lawyer from each side of the case, as well as distinguished judges and practitioners who will discuss the latest developments on the admissibility of expert testimony in New Jersey, including practical and ethical implications and applications of the In Re Accutane opinion in New Jersey civil trial practice.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
