Michael F. Schaff, Chair of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer’s Health Law and Corporate practices, will present opening remarks at the Surgery Center Coalition’s first Quarterly Meeting of 2019 to be held on March 27th at the law offices of Wilentz beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Maureen S. Binetti, Chair of the Wilentz Employment Law practice, and Wilentz shareholder and employment law attorney Tracy A. Armstrong will present “Human Resources.” Their presentation will cover the “ABCs” of employment law, addressing common employment law concerns and providing important updates to recent changes in employment law, particularly in New Jersey. Other topics will include “Chart Review for Survey: A Pharmacist View,” presented by Amit Gupta, Rph, Pharm.D, CCP, CGP; “Sterile Processing (SPD),” presented by Tricia Schneider, CRCST, CHL; “Life Safety,” presented by Scott Shore CNFI, NFM; and “Infection Prevention,” presented by Marie Kassai RN, BS, MPH, CIC, FAPIC.
