Wilentz attorneys Angela M. Scafuri and Joshua S. Kincannon will present on developments in family law and hernia mesh litigation at the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) Meadowlands Seminar 2019.
Angela M. Scafuri, Immediate Past President of AAJ Family Law Section and Board Member of NJAJ Family Law Section, will co-chair the Family Law program and present “Beyond Domestic Violence: Sexual Assault Survivor Protection Act” and “Beyond Domestic Violence: Cyber Harassment” on November 21 starting at 2:45 p.m. At Wilentz, Ms. Scafuri focuses her practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce litigation, mediation and post-judgment litigation. On the pro bono side, she serves as team liaison for the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project, a collaboration of the Jersey Battered Women's Service and the Morris County Bar Association, which provides pro bono representation to victims of domestic violence.
Joshua S. Kincannon will present “Hernia Mesh” on November 22 at 10:45 a.m. at the Mass Tort program. At Wilentz, Mr. Kincannon focuses his practice on representing victims injured by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs in addition to other serious personal injury, wrongful death cases and class actions.
The NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar 2019 is a three-day educational seminar approved by the Board on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for over 23.0 MCLE Credits and 14.0 Ethics Credits.
