Wilentz Shareholder Brett R. Harris will present “Reviewing New Laws, Trends, Hot Topics and Case Law” at the National Business Institute seminar entitled “Business Law: A to Z.” Ms. Harris will provide an overview of the latest developments in cyber and data security, blockchain and bitcoin, as well as legal considerations related to legal marijuana and environmental issues.
Targeted to attorneys, accountants and business executives, the seminar will cover a wide range of business law topics, including how to negotiate indemnification, select the right entity, handle employment law issues and tax matters, among others.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.20 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.20 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
