Wilentz Shareholder Donna M. Jennings will join a panel discussion at the New Jersey State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education’s live webcast "2020 Land Use Update." Ms. Jennings will provide an overview of recent cases involving conditional and non-conforming uses reviewed by municipal Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment.
The annual Land Use Update will cover the latest legislative, regulatory and case law developments impacting land use law in New Jersey, including considerations on affordable housing, site plan approval, the Open Public Records Act, Residential Site Improvement Standards, and recent challenges to zoning ordinances.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
