Wilentz Shareholder Brett R. Harris will join a panel discussion at the New Jersey State Bar Association Institute for Continuing Legal Education webcast entitled “2020 Privacy Law Update: The Latest on Privacy, Cyber Insurance and the New Jersey RPCs.” Ms. Harris will discuss privacy, security and the Rules of Professional Conduct, and cover the ethical imperatives of communication and confidentiality.
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Privacy Law Special Committee and NJSBA Business Law Section, this program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.5 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
