Babineau and Robert Beckelman will join a panel discussion at the NJICLE webinar entitled “Eminent Domain: Update 2020,” covering updates on new cases relating to redevelopment and eminent domain and the impact of COVID-19 on eminent domain-related claims and redevelopment activity in New Jersey. Ms. Babineau and Mr. Beckelman will present the “Redevelopment Case Law Update” panel.
