Edward T. Kole and Tracy Armstrong to Serve as Panelists at NJICLE Webcast “Business Litigation Roundtable: Current Issues in Business Litigation in a COVID-19 World”

Wilentz Litigation Chair Edward T. Kole and Wilentz employment law attorney Tracy Armstrong will join a distinguished panel of seasoned business litigators and business courts judges at the annual NJICLE Business Litigation Roundtable to discuss current issues in business litigation during COVID-19. Mr. Kole, who coordinated the program, will also serve as moderator.

This year’s virtual roundtable will focus on four subject areas that are shaping business litigation practice:

  • Practices tips in trade secret litigation
  • Restrictive covenant litigation
  • Discovery techniques in business litigation and handling depositions in a COVID world
  • Harassment and employment issues in a COVID world

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
