Donna M. Jennings, a shareholder in the Land Use and Environmental groups and a member of the Management Committee at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., will join a distinguished panel of experienced land use and development attorneys speaking on “Hot Topics in Land Use 2021” at the NJSBA 2021 Annual Meeting. The 55-minute virtual program will cover current issues practitioners are facing such as virtual hearings and appeals, the Permit Extension Act of 2020, and the impact of adult use cannabis on land use policy, as well as provide an update on recent cases. Donna will specifically address the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act “RLUIPA” and a recent federal decision by Judge Michael Shipp involving RLUIPA.
This program has been approved for 1.1 CLE credits in New Jersey and 1.0 (nontransitional) professional practice credits in New York.
