Donna M. Jennings to Present “How Hard Does A Hardship Have To Be?” at the 2021 New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference

Donna M. Jennings, a shareholder in the Land Use and Environmental groups and a member of the Management Committee at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., will join a distinguished panel of attorneys speaking at a session entitled “How Hard Does a Hardship Have to Be?” at the 2021 New Jersey Planning & Redevelopment Conference. The 1-hour virtual program will discuss the C(1) variance and review cases, situations and the planning testimony needed to be successful in its use.
