Joshua S. Kincannon and Lynne M. Kizis to Present at New Jersey Association for Justice Meadowlands Seminar 2021

Wilentz Counsel Joshua S. Kincannon will Co-Chair the 2021 NJAJ Meadowlands Mass Tort Program. During the program, Shareholder Lynne M. Kizis, Co-Chair of the NJAJ Mass Tort Section and Past President of NJAJ will present “Local Rule Litigation Funding.” Joshua S. Kincannon will provide an update on Hernia Mesh litigation.

On Friday, December 10, Lynne Kizis will also present “Personal Jurisdiction & Federal Removal,” for the Products Liability Program at the annual NJAJ Meadowlands Seminar 2021.

The annual New Jersey Association for Justice Meadowlands Seminar features 24 seminars over three days on trial strategies and litigation techniques featuring distinguished local and regional speakers from all fields of law, including business torts, personal injury, criminal law, matrimonial law, employment law, medical malpractice, and mass tort, among others.

The December 8, Mass Tort Program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.50 hours of total CLE credit and the December 10 Products Liability Program has been approved for 3.30 hours of total CLE credit.
