Wilentz Shareholder and Real Estate Co-Chair Todd E. Lehder will moderate and co-present the annual seminar, “Commercial Real Estate-From Handshake to Closing,” with Wilentz Shareholder Louis J. Seminski, Jr. This seminar will provide attorneys with practical tips for crafting and negotiating contracts and leases that prevent untoward or excessive risk for clients, addressing title, environmental, and financing issues, and focusing preparation to be able to draft and review all the necessary documents for a successful commercial closing.
Mr. Lehder will moderate the day-long program and also co-present on the topics of negotiating purchase and sale agreements and 21st century ethical issues in real estate transactions. Mr. Seminski will co-present on financing and negotiating loan documents in challenging times.
