Whether you are working on/considering a project with affordable housing, or a brownfields site, or want to consider closing a gap in your pro forma with Opportunity Zone and C PACE financing devices, or just trying to understand what Blackridge Realty vs Long Branch was really about, on January 23 you or one of your colleagues will want to be at the Law Center for the Annual Redevelopment Institute, a conference which is part of the NJ Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Program. At the conference, you will hear from practitioners and professionals who will share their experiences working in the trenches on these issues. Coming in person will also give you the opportunity to talk with the other attendees who are working on these and other important issues.
Shareholder Anne S. Babineau has organized the program for many years, and she will be moderating the panel titled, “Opportunity Zone 2.1: Will the Newly Amended Statute Make the Program More Beneficial to Redevelopment?"
Shareholders Alice M. Shanahan and Steven J. Tripp will serve as moderators on two of the program panels, and attorney Jason A. Cherchia will discuss affordable housing issues.
