Tracy A. Armstrong to Speak at NJSBA Program on Employment Arbitration and Mediation

Tracy A. Armstrong will serve as a speaker at “Best Practices for Successful Employment Arbitration and Mediation,” a program hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association on April 1, 2026.

This online program will bring together experienced practitioners to discuss the evolving landscape of employment arbitration and mediation, including recent legal developments, practical strategies, and ethical considerations. Topics will include best practices for preparing for and participating in mediation, drafting and enforcing arbitration agreements, and addressing key issues such as enforceability, communication strategies, and bias in dispute resolution.
