Donna M. Jennings to Present at the 2026 Hot Topics in Land Use Seminar

Wilentz Shareholder and Chair of the firm's Land Use group, Donna M. Jennings, will present at the "Hot Topics in Land Use 2026" seminar hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association.

The seminar will provide attorneys with an update on significant legal and legislative developments affecting land use practitioners throughout New Jersey. Topics will include recent changes in affordable housing law, preemption laws and their impact, new public notice requirements, and challenges involving data center prohibited-use ordinances.
